Grand Prize:

Winner and guest will enjoy two (2) tickets to the LIVE "Dancing with the Stars" performance on Monday, April 18, 2011
Winner and guest will meet Hines Ward for autographs and photos and a chat about the competition. (In the event Hines Ward is eliminated prior to the April 18, 2011 show, the Winner will receive autographed Hines Ward memorabilia in lieu of meeting Hines Ward)
Winner and guest will enjoy two (2) nights hotel accommodations at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills (Monday, April 18, & Tuesday, April 19, single room, double occupancy)
Winner will receive a $3000 allowance for expenses including airfare, ground transportation, and meals
Winner will receive a cash prize in the amount of $1,482.25 to mitigate the Winner's tax liability that results from winning the raffle. This prize is withheld and paid, on behalf of the Winner, directly to the IRS ($1,225.00) and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts ($257.25)
