Non-Profit Forum

Many times celebrities want to assist certain charitable causes but do not want to establish their own foundation to do so. Furthermore, whereas they are lending their name to any such event, they want to ensure that it is conducted professionally and with the utmost integrity.

CFC provides these celebrities with a non-profit forum from which they can conduct charitable events such as celebrity golf tournaments, hockey games, softball games, and casino nights. CFC assists these celebrities in conducting these events by preparing a budget, retaining the services of a production company, and soliciting sponsors and participants. For its services in overseeing the event, CFC retains approximately 3% of the events gross revenue for its other charitable work and donates the remaining net proceeds to the charity(s) the celebrities wish to assist.

When former Boston Bruin, Bob Sweeney, wanted to honor his sister in-law, 911 victim, Madeline A. Sweeney, and assist other 911 victims, he turned to CFC, who conducted the CFC Madeline A. Sweeney Memorial Golf Tournament, which raised $50,000 for the Mass 911 Fund. L-R: Bob Sweeney, Cleon Daskalakis of CFC, Mike Sweeney (Madeline A. Sweenys Husband) present a check to Daniel V.
